Who we support
Everyday support, close to home.
Access supports people of all ages with intellectual disability and autistic people, with low to medium support needs, across Melbourne, Geelong and the Surf Coast.
You lead. We support.
Support times are arranged according to each participant's needs, our capacity and the agreed Service Agreement.
Our standard callback hours are weekdays, 9am to 6pm.
We are an unregistered NDIS provider and support self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Getting started
Starting support shouldn’t be complicated.
- 01
Get in touch.
Send an enquiry or give us a call. You don’t need to have everything worked out.
- 02
We talk it through.
Your situation, what matters to you and the support you’re after.
- 03
We agree a plan.
How Access can support you, including your routines and timing.
- 04
Support begins.
Once the arrangement is agreed and onboarding is complete, support starts.
Let’s talk about what matters to you.
Finding the right support starts with a conversation.
