About Access

Support built around people.

Access Disability & Support Services exists to provide respectful, reliable disability support that works around the person receiving it.

Two adults share a conversation in a light-filled room.

Our purpose

Our purpose is to help people with disability live the life they choose — with greater independence, confidence and connection to community.

Mission

To provide dependable, individualised support that listens first, respects choice and helps people participate in everyday life on their own terms.

Vision

To build a disability-support organisation that can grow without losing the responsiveness, respect and personal accountability that good support depends on.

What we stand by

Our values

Your life, your choice
You decide what a good week looks like: the activity, the pace, the people and the goals. Supported decision-making and dignity of risk are built into every support plan.
Everyday life, your way
Support builds independence rather than taking over: cooking, shopping, travel practice, keeping the home running, getting out and about.
We listen first
A calm first conversation, plain-English information, predictable routines and a consistent worker.
Clear and straightforward
Prices are explained before anything starts, written into the service agreement and never above NDIS price limits. A clear way to raise concerns.
We show up, locally
Reliable, punctual and local to Melbourne, Geelong and the Surf Coast. We promise only what we can deliver.

How we think about growth

As Access grows, our systems should protect the principles the organisation was built on — not replace them. Growth should make support more capable without making it less personal.

Careers / Work With Us

Good support starts with good people.

As Access grows, we’ll be looking for people who are dependable, respectful, thoughtful and comfortable working around the individual rather than expecting the individual to work around the organisation.

We’re not recruiting yet. If you’d like to register your interest, email info@accessdisability.com.au.
