Website Terms of Use for Access Disability & Support Services.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you use accessdisability.com.au (the "website"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
Who we are
Access Disability & Support Services is the trading name of Access Disability and Support Services Pty Ltd
ABN 36 688 171 548 · ACN 688 171 548
Email: info@accessdisability.com.au
In these terms, "we", "us" and "Access" mean Access Disability & Support Services.
About our services
- Access is not a registered NDIS provider. We support NDIS participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. We can't provide supports funded through an NDIA-managed (agency-managed) plan.
- We offer five services: Social & Community Participation, Assistance with Daily Life, Transport, Household Support, and Personal Care (low to medium needs, with no high-intensity supports).
- We support people of all ages with intellectual disability and autism who have low to medium support needs.
- We work across Melbourne, Geelong and the Surf Coast.
- Support times are arranged according to each participant's needs, our capacity and the agreed Service Agreement. Our standard callback hours are weekdays, 9am to 6pm.
The website is general information
The website gives general information about Access and about the NDIS. It is not legal, financial, medical or NDIS planning advice. NDIS rules and prices change, so please check anything important about your plan with the NDIA, your plan manager or your support coordinator.
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that every page is complete or current at all times.
Enquiries, callbacks and referrals
- Sending an enquiry, callback request or referral does not create an agreement for supports, and it does not commit anyone to using our services.
- A referral should only be made with the consent of the participant or their authorised representative.
- Before supports begin, we agree the details with you in a written Service Agreement. This sets out the supports, prices, cancellation arrangements, notice periods and other terms that apply. Any cancellation charges are subject to the Service Agreement, applicable law and relevant NDIS pricing requirements.
- When you request a callback, we aim to call at the time you choose, and at the latest by the next business day.
Prices
Any prices shown on the website or in our price guide are a guide only. The prices that apply to you are the ones in your Service Agreement. We will give you at least 4 weeks' written notice before we change a price.
Using the website
Please don't:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone
- send false, misleading or offensive information through our forms
- try to get unauthorised access to the website or its systems, or interfere with how it works
- send information about another person without their consent.
Our content
The text, logo, images and design on this website belong to Access or are used with permission. You may view, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use, for example to share with a family member or a support coordinator. Please don't copy or reuse our content or logo for any other purpose without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as the NDIS, the NDIS Commission and advocacy services, because they may be useful. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content.
Our responsibility
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they will be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those guarantees, or any other right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
The website itself is free general information. To the extent the law allows, Access is not liable for loss that comes from using the website or relying on its general information. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or our obligations to you under a Service Agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us through the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Victoria. This does not stop you contacting a free complaints body, such as Consumer Affairs Victoria or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
